- Team Control Dynamics: This process allows our project manager (and onsite consultants) to clearly define project roles and responsibilities, take ownership of critical pieces of the project management process, and take accountability for their own area of expertise. Our Project Managers also understand the culture of a successful project. They are adept at bringing control to the initiative by assimilating quickly to our client environments and controlling team member dynamics. We welcome your team’s participation in this process.
- Phased Reviews: After each phase of the project, Our Project Managers and along with client’s staff take one day from the schedule for a Project Phase Review. The review process offers insight into what went during the previous phase, and what can be improved moving forward. This process is part of the Monitoring Process in the next section.
- Daily Monitoring Checkpoints: After each day’s work, SGTI’s Project Managers and a few members of the client’s team will quickly review the status of activities that went during the day’s session, and what can be improved moving forward. These brief sessions are critical to the success of the Project. They offer an opportunity for sharing technical and non-technical practices and checkpoints. Since not all projects are the same, our Project Managers will work with the organizations team to determine if weekly, or bi-weekly checkpoints are more appropriate, given the project scope.
- Empowerment: SGTI believes in empowering individual consultants in their areas of expertise, as well as empowering client teams in our methodologies and processes.
