Mangesh plays a key role in formulating the business strategies and managing the organization dynamics. He oversees the business development and new product development/deployment and has an in-depth knowledge of organizational behavior, people and processes. Mangesh is responsible for leading the growth of Synergy Global Technologies Inc. through revenue improvement, increased market penetration, and development of new products and markets. He is ultimately responsible for corporate profitability and establishing policies, procedures and strategies consistent with the values and integrity of Synergy Global Technologies Inc.
